We stopped at this hotel on our way to Antalya, and it truly felt like an oasis of luxury and comfort in the middle of a typical Turkish town. The facilities are excellent: spacious rooms, large comfortable beds, high-quality bathroom amenities, and a balcony perfect for relaxing in the evening. The staff were absolutely outstanding – they went above and beyond to fulfill every request and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The restaurant is beautiful and spotless. In the evening, we were given the option to have dinner in our room, but we asked if we could dine by the pool instead, where there was a cozy lounge area with a swing and comfy armchairs. The staff immediately arranged everything for us, even lighting candles to create a romantic and peaceful atmosphere. With such an exceptional room, warm hospitality, a refreshing swim in the pool, and a special dinner after a long journey, what was meant to be just a one-night stop turned into a wonderful holiday evening. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, offering cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, eggs and omelets, pastries, cereals, fresh fruits, juices, coffee, and tea. All in all, I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this experience truly deserved one. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stopover on this route or for those traveling on business in the area. A solid 10/10 from us!

Our stay was incredible. Thanks to the kind staff and the owner for their interest and prompt assistance. The villa was extremely clean and spotless. We enjoyed the heated pool, it was very hot and privacy is a plus. The rooms are big and well-decorated. The kitchen is very clean and we found everything we need. We also enjoyed the enormous fire pit and barbecue. I am very happy to choose New Balturk Villas in Sapanca with my family, the location is also very nice, on the Bagdat Street, many places to see and enjoy. It was like hotel-experience but also felt like owning a huge villa. I really recommend to everybody as a very helpful, reliable facility for a luxury experience. Thanks again.

The hotel is great! It deserves way more than 3 stars! Everything is brand new, looks like it was very recently renovated! It's directly on the lake so the view is waw! The hotel decoration is fantastic and the pool is great!!! The staff is really helpful and let us checking in at 11am without extra charge which was great after a night flight.
