Great breakfast, beautifully decorated & spacious rooms, along with a huge garden. The hotel is an old levantine mansion from late ottoman period, so you can feel the history every step you take. Helpful stuff and very central location for Bornova as well!

Our stay in Izmir was amazing! The location is perfect, just steps from the bus terminal, and check-in was super flexible. The room was clean, comfortable, and the ambience was really nice. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the friendly, helpful staff, who even let us leave our luggage after check-out. This made our experience so convenient and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Izmir!

Staff were really professional and friendly, room was big, stylish and clean, pillow selection is great idea, bed was big and comfortable, shower was clean and water pressure, temperature were all perfect, room service is 24/7 available and they even prepared things were not in the menu and food/deserts were really delicious, location is perfect. I first found it expensive, and I booked it anyway because they had fewer negative comments than other hotels, and I am happy I did so. Definitely would stay again. 💯

Having stayed in over 100 hotels worldwide, I can confidently say that this one is a safe bet and truly exceeded our expectations. Opened only at the end of August 2025, it is brand new in all aspects and every single employee is extraordinarily kind which should be a new standard in other hotels aswell! The reception team offered a professional yet warm welcome, and the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby was a thoughtful touch. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally nice and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety and very high-quality food. I would especially like to highlight the chef and the breakfast staff, who were incredibly kind and provided outstanding service. Thank you for the recommendation of the milk jam and the pastries, they were super delicious!! The rooms were spotless, with beds so comfortable that it was hard to get up in the morning. If they manage to keep this level of service and quality, this hotel will surely become very popular in no time.

TURKISH HOSPITALITY AT ITS FINEST Wish to experience warm, exceptional Turkish hospitality first hand ? Then we highly recommend this Small House apartment adjacent to/just below the host’s apartment in central Konak area of Izmir which is the main central district of Izmir, Turkey. With two rooms this house is very suitable for a solo traveller or a couple with at the most one or two very small children. We spent 18 lovely days here in October 2025 and in all those days with the welcome, the care and the warmth that myself and my wife received from our hosts Erhan and Shenai we were simply overwhelmed. This accommodation is very clean and equipped with all things one needs during a stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen, modest shower room and toilet with all the necessary toiletries and a washing machine. The internet connection is also quite good. Nearby there is small modestly stocked shop where one can buy bottled water, Ayran yoghurt drink, some fresh bread and other miscellaneous food items. This Small House is also ideally situated. Just a short walk and across on the opposite side after crossing the main road is the Archaeological Museum of Izmir which can be reached within 4 or 5 minutes walk from this house. The house is also about 7 to 8 minutes’ walk to the centre of Konak – the Konak Square and Clock Tower and the famous Kemeralti Bazaar where you can find anything that you can think of. Just a walking distance from Kemeralti Bazaar is the Agora Open Air Museum showing the dug up remains of the ancient city of Smyrna which was what Izmir was known in the ancient times. The hosts offered all possible help with any help we needed including the Izmirim Karts (Cards) to enable us to explore Izmir cheaply by tram, metro train, buses or ferry. Highly recommended.
