The room was on the 17th floor and we got a suite with two king beds and had plenty of room. We loved the location and the breakfasts were included and all so delicious. They had western breakfasts and traditional Taiwanese breakfast and both were wonderful. We loved the workout room as well. They had umbrellas for us to use each day and greeted us at the door with a smile every day. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

*** Need to improve in 12F The staff in 12F SPA Pool need to be more professional with need-to-retrain English skills to be more polite to customers, particularly in executive class. The action of rejected customers asking for help with unprofessional English while just playing with her mobile phone was unacceptable (April 4, 2025, during the 3pm to 5pm session). Furthermore, as I asked about massage service in 1F front desk, the staff told me there is no massage service in the hotel, so I need to walk into the SPA Center in 12F and booked by myself. Marriott is a world-class hotel, so the staff need better training in communications with foreign customers, not just with the ones who can speak Chinese.

The location was great. It was very close to the train / MRT station. I believe it was 4-5 mins by foot. There was a food street that's 2 blocks away. I believe the night market was very close too. We had a room with 3 beds. It was roomy with a window. Bottled water was provided and the hotel offered coffee and snack 24 hrs. The coffee was thick enough and not watery. The bed was comfortable and the shower water was super strong. Although I did see few insects, it didn't bother me too much. The breakfast is more of an Asian Style. It was tasty even though it didn't look like it. They have a paid parking lot in front of the hotel.
