    The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was convenient to our room. I was notified prior to arrival that a storm had shut down the internet/cable and was offered a full refund if I canceled. I opted not to cancel, but thought it would have been a nice gesture to offer compensation or discount since it was not restored prior to checkout.

    Location was great, a 10 minute drive to Auburn´s conference center. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The area was safe. Staff was nice and helpful. Free parking. I recommend it for a business trip to the university´s conference center.

    Appreciated the staff moving us into another room after a mishap with the window. The lobby is spacious with lots of things to use (microwave, free coffee & tea, etc.) Parking lot was huge. Nice big windows in the room.

    The location is fantastic. This hotel should play up the fact that it is so very close to campus for graduations, etc. if it doesn't already. Spacious parking lots, easy to navigate to room for loading and unloading. Rooms were overall comfortable and very quiet. It is great when you cannot hear any conversation/TV from a neighboring room.
