The lady that helped with the food service ! She was exceptional! I was traveling with three little kids by myself for a track meet . I spilled something then I went to clean it up and she said “this is my job, you rest” that really touched me because I was already overwhelmed.

Brand new modern hotel: light wood, well lit hallways, great lighting fixtures and very clean, Location is excellent for wineries, close to Geneva itself. 20 minutes to Geneva on the Lake (though now mostly closed for the season... Of course, right near SPIRE. Great breakfast. And the suite had a wonderful kitchenette: 2 burner stove, small dishwasher, apt size fridge, coffee maker, pots pans etc etc

    It was clean friendly staff. Any questions I had they answered or helped me as quick as possible. I had my little ones with me and the room was big enough and conveniently close to the parking lot. Location was awesome only took us 12 mins to get to where we were going. And it right down the street from multiple fast food. And right across the street from a gas station.

    The property was clean easy parking. The ladies took very good care of me. I had a ground floor room. Clean, perfect beds. Great nights sleep. Great TV. I am very happy. Thanks to all help. I had trouble getting key to open my door but had assistance from front desk and from cleaning ladies. Thank u all for all your help. Only con was the coffee. But I brought my own so I was good.
