Great location for walking around Blue Ridge, rooms clean and tidy and the bar on the 5th floor is great, staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great location, close to downtown as we were there to attend the Parade of Homes. A little pricey we thought for this chain of hotels as we don't consider it a 'high end' hotel, but it was really nice.

    Everything. From check-in to check-out, everything was great! .. best place to stay in Blue Ridge. Bed slept well... Great tv... rooftop restaurant and bar, as well as breakfast, were excellent. Best parking lot also

    The bed was clean (top priority for me), as was the room overall and bathroom. I didn't spend much time in the room, as I was visiting family and only used it to sleep, but I was very happy with the experience. It was a safe location and I had no worry about leaving my rental car in the parking lot.
