Your staff were all very good, but Brianna (Bree) and Jose were exceptional. I don't know what your Mission statement is, but I would suggest you use Brianna as your spokes person. Was surrounded by all kinds of food, fast food, convenience, restaurant, coffee, etc. Tuck behind another large hotel with name kind of the same and parking lots were not attached, found out the hard way.
