There is a small bbq area just in the middle of the parking lot, that we used for breakfast. Large shopping area and restaurants nearby. Whole area felt very secure. Good starting point for exploring the area, even if your not into Baseball or Golf.

This is a suburban home with several bedrooms for rent. Ours was comfortable, well furnished, impeccably clean. Nice screen porch overlooking a canal and the nondescript neighborhood. Nice selection of typical highly processed breakfast foods plus fruits and dairy products. Host was amiable.

We stayed one night on the way back to Miami and it was nice. The king room is kind of small and there isn’t much space for more than one luggage, but the room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable and had a decent duvet on it for cozy sleep. There are boards by the elevators that give you advice on things to do and places to eat. It’s located across the street from a great Portuguese restaurant. Good parking!
