    Beautiful conference center, sparkling clean, well-decorated and appointed, excellent bath, bed, and breakfast. I prefer the decor and location of Rizzo’s Hyatt rival, the Carolina Inn, right next to the UNC campus, but it’s not worth a $100 premium, especially also charging for breakfast and parking. Rizzo also has a great outdoor pool for CH’s hellish summer weather.

    We were seeing a show at the cat’s cradle so it was great to just walk across the parking lot. Also there were several restaurants in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. Also there was another staff person whose name I didn’t get but who was tidying up the breakfast area. He was so friendly and helpful to the guests.

    Come and clean. Parking lot to small. Not enough handicap parking. Staff was flippant at times. No coffee at breakfast var 2 times. Cook couldn't speak English and couldn't understand simple English. Good bacn. Good eggs.
