Cosy hotel with super friendly staff. Very nice room. Wonderful that there was coffee around the clock. however, will be sure to ask for a room with NO conecting door. Little to loud from the room on the other side of the door. Will come again as soon as I am in need of hotel in that area.

The hotel was newly renovated, that's always nice. I like the proximity to Long Branch. I liked the perseverance of the server, named, Christina. She was excellent and gracious in the face of a lot of pressure. Someone called off on the morning of September 2nd. Christina had to wait tables for breakfast alone and she a great job.

We desperately needed to find a hotel because the place we booked earlier had a major problem with their pool. We quickly decided to make the reservation with Crystal Inn and were especially pleased. The pool was probably the best I was ever in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

    We loved that it was close to where we were going, free, parking, easy to access, although they are doing construction, so it almost looks like it is closed outside. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    I never stayed there before was a little hesitant however, the staff was wonderful. The room was unique. It was not very modern, but it had a wonderful appeal very clean, easy parking, beautiful lobby.
