    Location is next to everything. Walmart is behind the parking lot, a gas station, restaurants, a shopping center and mall and Dave and Busters too. All withing walking distance. Breakfast was hot with a variety of options such as biscuits with gravy, eggs, sausage, two flavors of waffles strawberry and plain, bagles, English muffins, pastries, yogurt, cereal, and fruit, etc. Area was well lit, pictures on the site match exactly. Pool was indoor swimming. Staff polite and quickly handled requests.

    Hotel looks brand new. Smells like fresh baked cookies and new paint. Fixtures and furniture and decor are all modern contemporary. Bed was comfortable, room was well appointed with coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator, big screen TV with streaming services. Place was spotless and clean. Staff were cordial and professional. Breakfast was excellent with several choices, something for everyone. Free parking on site. Convenient location in downtown Columbia.

    This was hard to write a fair review. The staff was super, the price was good, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the room was very oddly/awkwardly laid out and very cramped with very little room for our things. Also, apparently it's in a high crime area. On our last night (a Wednesday) most, about 30 of the vehicles in the parking lot had some windows broken out (our 2 front door's) and things stolen. One man told me this was the second time it had happened to him there.
