This is our second visit to the hotel. We got a bigger room than our first and it was very comfortable. We found the fridge leaking the next day and asked the staff to fix it. It was fixed immediately. Many restaurants nearby and the hotel is just 10-15 min away from Berkeley. Very nice stay.

Great location if you need to go to UC Berkeley. It is also in front of the BART station. The hotel room was very clean and it was comfortable. I didn't try the breakfast or the gym.

The property was very clean and efficiently run. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast - lots of options. It was the perfect location to stay for homecoming weekend at Cal. Room was large and very well stocked.

This is a simple but great and comfortable hotel. The best by far in terms of value for price in Berkeley that I have seen so far. They will even loan you bicycles. I plan to always stay here in the future when I am in town.

Nice comfortable beds, clean room with a wonderful view of the bridge (not the famous one!) and the parking was right outside our window. We didn't try the breakfast so can't tell. Many nice places nearby within 5min walking distance to grab something to eat for lunch or dinner. The location is absolutely perfect no matter how you wish to go downtown, that was the main reason we chose it in the first place. By car you are ideally located with free parking spot, and the bus station is right across the street. Made our visit carefree and allowed us to enjoy our staying there with no additional worries.

It's right off the I-80 freeway which makes it very convenient. There was ample parking.

The hotel was very close to BART (2 blocks) and Safeway (one block). It had plenty of parking and was right off the freeway too. It's a great alternative to the VERY expensive options in SF if you don't mind riding the train.

Very convenient location. Easy in and out. Like the extra security entrance at front door using room key to enter the building at night. Good lighting in the parking lot. Appreciated your saving me what has become my favorite room.

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking. Quick access to the freeway and metro. Quiet at night. Reliably fast WiFi. Staff did their job with efficiency but they are not the ‘warm & fuzzy’ type.
