We didn’t have the breakfast but the hotel decor was fantastic. Rooms were spacious & well designed. Lots of device plugins. Fridge & microwaves GREAT. Walk-in shower GREAT. Best thing: Light around the bathroom mirror took 10 years off! lol

We were very satisfied. Oh, and we were in the room for hearing accessibility. Never had that before. I am hearing impaired, and we did try out the hearing "switch". Nice. Room was very comfortable and clean.

    Everything! Room was beautiful, parking great, breakfast was outstanding. We normally stay at Americinn, but they were booked. We were so impressed with Best Western by comparison we will be staying at BE in the future!

    Didn’t do the breakfast. Rooms were very clean. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. Plenty parking for those people with disabilities. Lobby is warm and inviting. The fireplace is a nice touch.

    This hotel is across the parking lot from Timberlake convention center with its restaurants. We did not need pool or hot tub just a nice bed and room. Saved quite a bit and enjoyed the Pasta presentation at the luxurious restaurant across the parking lot.

    The location was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is on the property. The breakfasts were wonderful. They make homemade crepes with many choices to fill them! There's a lounge inside with a happy hour 4-6:00pm Free parking!

    Fantastic breakfast, high quality with lots of different options. It was not possible to leave hungry or thirsty. Very happy! Room and bathroom were clean, tidy, and the beds were super comfortable. The second floor was reasonably quiet and the roll-down window shade did an excellent job of blocking 99% of the parking lot lights outside. Gold star to the front desk attendant Michael whose witty charm and friendliness while checking us in were a great welcome after a long day of work.
