Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. Right next to Safeway, a grocery store. Plus close to the highway. Close to DC, if you want to visit DC you can stay here. Ample parking. Bathroom is perfect. Room spacious with a big fridge, Kitchen area with sink, dishes and utensils.

    Breakfast buffet was good; it was included for an extra $10 in the room rate on Booking.com. Normally would have been $18x2, a little pricey. Cleanliness and newness of bed, fixtures, linens, etc, was good. Lighting in the room was good. Quiet on our guest floor. Gym was nice for a hotel. Plenty of free parking. Real shower w door instead of tub/shower w curtain.

    The location was out of the hustle and bustle of Greenbelt/College Park but it was still a short drive to the University. The room and all of the facilities were clean and tidy. The beds were super comfortable. The parking lot was well lit at night.
