The attendant at the front office was very nice. She made it "easy peasy" for check in and check out. It was right in the middle of the Black Hills, SD and provided good scenery. They had many amenities on the property, including a recreation area.

    The breakfast was varied and good with plenty of seating both inside snd outside. Our room was large, clean and comfortable with easy access from parking lot. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was in a quiet area. Enjoyed sitting by the outdoor fire.

    The cabin was very nice and well equipped with everything we needed. Parking was great right next to the cabin. The bar/patio area is beautiful. What a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. . Maggie and the host are so awesome.

    The luxury apartments are part of the best western next door. Breakfast was nice. The parking lot is close to buildings. Close to downtown Hill City. Lots of food choices close by.

    very clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay. hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. We really appreciated all the facilities including the guest laundry, continental breakfast, all day coffee, ice machine, and convenient parking in front of our room. the rooms were also very spacious, well stocked bathrooms, and comfortable beds.
