Great quick breakfast in the morning. Walk to beach, shops & restaurants. Free parking! Rented e-bikes and went 40 miles around. Hotel was amazingly VERY quiet. Clean updated rooms, seemed recently updated with new mattresses and pillows. Just perfect. Right on the corner of the road that leads to the central part of Kennebunkport. You can park in the parking lot and walk to pretty much all of the restaurants and bars in the area.
