We chose the Capitana for our honeymoon in Key West, and let us tell you it was the best choice we’ve made. The vibes, the staff (especially the manager) were amazing, we had a room with a view and it was beautiful. Rooms are super spacious, very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Parking is very easy, and the hotel isn’t far from the old town area by Uber, didn’t cost much to and from it. Music was perfect by the pool and you get a beach feeling by the water.

Very friendly staff and beautiful place to stay. Breakfast was very nice (normal plates and cutlery, not the plastic ones). Very well located. Some comments mentioned the roosters crowing close to the hotel- there are soo many roosters around Key West, if you stay downtown, that's just a thing you'll experience and is not related to this hotel ;) + we slept very well! Parking was ok. It's a 15min walk from the hotel and located in a parking garage. Dropped off our suitcases, all easy.

Extremely nice place. Beautiful garden. Nice pool area where an excellent breakfast was served. We stayed in a large room overlooking the pool. The balcony was huge with comfortable lounge furniture.We spent a lot of time of time there.Comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. I could go on and on. Last but not least.The front desk was very nice and helpful. Location excellent.

One word - WOW!! Absolutely loved our stay here and will be back! The rooms are massive for Key West with charming decor. Staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful. Fantastic complementary breakfast in the gorgeous garden. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Exceptionally beautiful little hotel complex right on Duval Street, not far from the most interesting sights. However, in the summer heat, even short distances on foot become an ordeal. It is advisable to rent a scooter from the rental station right next door. Rooms are very clean, well-kept furnishings in a high-class style. The staff are very, very friendly and happy to help with any problem. For a hotel that does not have its own kitchen/restaurant, the breakfast is excellent and leaves little to be desired other than hot food. As we said when we left: if we ever return to Key West, we will stay here!

    From the first minute when you pull your car in the parking lot until you leave these people make you feel like you are part of family. We have some plumbing problems (our fault), they fixed for us in no time. The place is clean, rooms are spacious, I believe all rooms have a nice balcony, pool is refreshing, again, all clean. Breakfast has nice choices, fresh made omelette is a plus. To come back is no brainier for us. Thank you to all the staff for helping us!

    The location and staff were brilliant. The car parking was at the end of the road ( 2 minutes max away ) absolutely perfect. Free parking was a massive advantage within the price The pool area was lovely - complimentary coffee and sun cream on hand where added bonus’ The room was bright and spacious Staff messaged as soon as the room Was ready so we had a slightly early check in which was awesome.

    Good air conditioning. Nice big fairly comfortable bed although it was very high up! (I’m 5’3 and had to jump up lol). Balcony is a nice place to sit looking into the small but stunning garden and pool. Pool towels are available at no extra cost. Good location close to most things in key west. Clean property which seems hard to come by! Also got free parking, car park is situated on a separate road but is only a few minutes walk away from the hotel.

    The location is super good and the room was very spacious. There’s a pool that can be used at whatever time you want, even at night. The reservation included breakfast as well, it was a nice surprise. It was easy to park the car around the hotel in the free parking slots.
