I don't like to give out my best addresses, but this hotel is one of them. It's really well placed, free parking, really comfortable rooms, access to the private beach, sun loungers on the beach (free), barbecues... really great!

We stayed in the Three-Bedroom Villa, and it was easily the best hotel room I’ve ever seen. There are plenty of things to do around the property, and the swimming pool area is great too :). I’d definitely stay again 100%!

A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.

    I did not know about breakfast? I loved the convenient location, the ease of motel activities ( bikes, corn hole, spa and pool, ease of parking)),-and incredible access to the lake. As a Lake Tahoe lifer, i appreciated the original Tahoe vibe of this older motel- hard to find this as the lake land is shifting to massive privately owned properties. Will come back for sure!

    I chose the hotel as it was close to the wedding venue and parking in Kings Beach can be challenging. Staying here allowed me to walk to/from the venue. It is a very "tired" property that could use paint, new carpet, draperies, etc. It was fine for me for one night. It is close to Kings Beach and several restaurants and shops. It had on property parking and I felt safe staying there by myself.

    Well located small motel right next to two public beaches with direct access to the lake, some 5 minutes walk from the Safeway grocery store, the motel has it's own parking. Bed were spacious and the apartment was clean.

    Ideal location in the heart of Kings Beach, right on the lake and within walking distance of many restaurants. Free parking. You can’t beat the view from the pool and hot tub area!

    The hotel was super cute and location was great (walking distance to Kings Beach and next to lots of nice restaurants). Room and bathroom were large and cleaning standard was decent. Staff was nice. There was free parking (although somehow limited for the size of the hotel).
