The customer service is always exceptional. This was our 2nd time visiting and the manager remembered us. The front desk folks are amazing and a joy to talk with. Maya who does the evening happy hour is fabulous as well. We have truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back for a visit. Thank you so much!

The staff and hotel were great. We loved the room, it was cozy and a good size.Everything looked clean and spotless. The hotel is situated in a really good spot, we found parking easily and the hotel also has its own parking lot. There are tons of restaurants and things happening around the hotel as it seems to be the main street in that area. The concierge recommended we try Don Sal's, a mexican restaurant down the street - great recommendation.

During the night in the hotel's parking lot, right in front of our room: Our car got broken into and robbers stole several items: A nice garmet bag with: A woman's full length down coat; a man's sports jacket; two dress shirts and men's dress shoes. Also a traveling knife (for fruit); and a banana! We filed a police report; spoke to the front desk and the securitly guard. All the staff were kind and polite, but our items are gone! A bad way to begin a vacation.

liked the comfortable bed and the room was quite big! Even though we found a hair in the bath tub, the room was clean. we were happy for the free parking!

I did not even end up checking in. I pulled into the parking lot, making a loop around before finding a spot near the office to check in. 2 different people approached me, one asking if I was looking for crack, the other wondering if I wanted ti make some extra money. It didn’t feel safe and I left, opting to drive another 45 minutes instead.
