Had a king room. Booked the smoking room first but went to change it when we walked in and it smelled like smoke. Obviously I looked like an idiot trying to change it, but the guy at the desk was cool about it and let us change. The new room smelled great. The bed was so comfortable I hated getting up in the mornings. When we turned the TV and lights off and closed the shades, it was pitch black. And quiet. Water pressure was good and got hot fast. TV worked well and had a lot of channels. The fridge actually has a freezer part which was cool. It came with a microwave. The location is perfect. It's literally right across the street from the Walmart and on the main strip. The owner was super accommodating. Every time we called down, he came and helped us out. Great guy, real chill. We saw he was short on staff and was doing most of the work so we made sure to clean up as much as we could and pull the trash, but he insisted on handling it and made sure our stay was as comfortable and accommodating as possible. Parking was great. And I love Milledgeville! I was on a budget and my expectations were exceeded

Great location, close to stores, plenty of space. Property was clean and AC worked great. This was, I think, our fourth time staying here. This is our favorite property to stay at on the lake.

I really liked the house and the area. A calm and quiet place, suitable for relaxing with children. Beautiful access to the river. Very cozy. I highly recommend it.

Host provided so many activities. Games, spot to do s'mores, cotton candy maker, grill, and etc. we did not get to do it all but there was a lot of good stuff. Beautiful home and the area is super quiet. I loved it!
