The staff was amazing. Tim the shuttle driver was the kindest young man I’ve ever meet. My husband and I were having a stressful situation as we were at the hotel for medical appointment’s at the hospital near by. Tim was so positive and took us to a CVS for toiletries and then to his favorite restaurant for dinner. We called after dinner and he was there to pick us up immediately. I wish I could give this hotel at 10 star rating.

    For the price, it wasn’t terrible. The room was clean and the shower was good. On the other hand, I had requested a ground floor when I made my reservation, but the front desk person said he sold the last ground floor room “just ten minutes” before I arrived. Lots of customers smoking just outside rooms; noisy from the road and the parking lot.

    My room was on the 5th floor and the a/c was not working . I let the front desk person know but he said he could not get maintenance to fix it on the night I was there and based on the number of vehicles in the parking lot I did not ask for another room because I figured there were none available. Everything else was fine except the a/c.

    It could have been cleaner, The bedding was gross with stains all over and smelled dirty from previous stays, Saw several bugs as well. Parking lot lights shined so bright the room wasn't dark to sleep comfortably A/C was loud. The Electrical outlets shorted out several times when turning on and off lights or using microwave. But i guess for the price of the room you cant expect much more. Didnt offer wifi or any kind of breakfast either.

    It was a good price for someone passing through and it is located right off the highway with a Burger King and Bob Evans in the same parking lot for easy dining.

    Hotel was very close to WVU stadium. Standard hotel breakfast. Clean and quiet. Applebees restaurant next to parking lot. Hospital across the road, some sirens noise could be heard occasionally but not loud enough to wake either of us while sleeping.
