This hotel was perfect - well-located in downtown Syracuse, quiet, clean, and with friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was large, with 2 comfortable beds as we had requested, plus a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom had 2 showerheads with great pressure, which was a treat! Everything was clean and user-responsive. There was tea, coffee and water at all times in the lobby - much appreciated. The breakfast had a good selection, including fresh fruits, muffins, breads of various sorts, oatmeal and waffles you could make fresh. I enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return!

Lots of choices for breakfast. The chef cooking the eggs and omelettes was very cheery and added to the atmosphere. Toiletries were lovely, bathroom large and rooms clean. Happy hour was a bonus. Close to Destiny US for shopping, dining and entertainment.

    Order a room with 2 queen beds and I got a room with King size bed!!! Did not get a good sleep hubby SNORES loud in my ear!!! Breakfast good some times and not others!!! No Peanut butter or Cranberry juice!! Change in offerings only once!! House keeping very good felt she was worked harder than other staff members. Pool still not running since last visit in June!!! Hotel lack its Vive since last visit and very disappointed this stay!!! At least parking was easy this time!!!
