The owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The property is in a wonderful location and we were able to walk to local restaurants and shops. Our room was nicely appointed with views of the water. The breakfast area was extremely pleasant and the staff went out of their way to accommodate special food needs. A wonderful inn!

We thought of this booking more like an Airbnb, rent a room style. We are not really familar with the Bed & Breakfast concept shown here. But it was a very pleasant surprise. The owner live in the building and renting out two nice rooms in the main Building and one room in a little house in the backyard. They where very nice people with great advices for our trip in Bar Harbor and the two dogs where an added bonus. - Everything is very new and nicely furnished and decorated. - Breakfast is homecooked every morning and was exceptional! - Awesome place to also meet other guests and exchange about the vacation planing

The location was great, lots of places to walk to. The staff were very nice, approachable, and they were just the right amount of social. Little touches like having small snacks available at breakfast, lots of extra towels and linen go a long way with me and so that was great.
