From my phone conversation prior to my arrival all the way up until check out everything was top notch the staff, the amenities, my breakfast, and all of the little details that were put into the nutmeg!!!! We loved everything. The Inn is pristine, extremely well taken care of. The garden, the lobby, bar, breakfast room and our room were beautiful and decorated with taste. The welcome was warm. The owners were charming, they love what they do. Easy parking. Several good restaurants and a nice trail in walking distance. Breakfast was homemade.

Fantastic inn with some of the best and most guest friendly hosts we have met on our many trips. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. My physical limitation was no issue and I was given a parking spot around the corner of our room. The room was beautiful, with fire place and comfi bed. Highly recommended.

We toured through Maine and Vermont to exprience the beauty of the foliage. We have chosen an accommodation near VT 100 as it fitted time and location. Brook Bound Inn was therefore a random choice. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The Inn is charming and inviting and perfectly clean, has spacious sleeping rooms and very well equipped common rooms like kitchen, dining room, lounge, etc. There is also ample information where to get food and even onsite meals can be arranged.' We stayed there just for one night, but it seems to be a perfect place to stay and explore Vermont for several days.

Perfect location for spending the weekend in Vermont. Great restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, etc. Perfect small town friendly atmosphere. Definitely will be returning!

The hotel is located close to the start of Main street in North Adams, near the city hall, it easy to spot the hotel from distance. There a few restaurant nearby on Main street and a few fast food restaurant around the area in walking distance, there a pharmacy (CVS & Walgreens) and supermarket (Big Y) located near Mohawk trail. MASS MoCA art museum is located in walking distance using State street. The lobby look very modern and clean, there a room with a few couches and tv in the lobby to sit, and there also a small table with kettle and coffee makers with table to sit on, there a parking lot right outside of the hotel. I got to sleep on both side of the building, both sides offer a nice view, clean rooms, big tv inside the rooms, a small refrigerator and a coffee maker.

All the staff there are super friendly. Because I checked-in late (6PM), they also offered me a complementary 12 PM check-out the next day (1 hr later than the normal 11 AM checkout). The property is clean and well-maintained. The common area gives me a cozy feeling. We had some great chatter sitting near the fireplace with a couple of drinks. The room we booked (Ramble) has a daybed and a window you can look out too. I believe in spring or summer the view will be much greener (we visited in early Feb). The bedding is super comfy. The mattress is not too soft to make you feel you are sinking into it, which I really like.
