    Location was good for what we wanted to do. Suite that we were given was directly above the lobby. Bed was comfortable, and the rooms were clean. Large car park, with plenty of space. free parking, was able to use the self service laundry room to catch up on our washing.

    Breakfast was included in the price. It was well stocked, freshly made, and had a good variety. The quality of the ingredients was a real let down, so taste was poor. Good cooks with inferior supplies is a bit sad as their hard work feels let down by the company. Room was clean and well maintained. I stayed 4 days and I liked the room cleaning every other day - seems less wasteful. Room was quiet. Parking lot was ample and well paved. Dining spaces were ample and comfortable. Towels were fresh.

    Nothing. It was dirty, dingy and the area made me uncomfortable as there were tons of people loitering in the parking lot that later turned out NOT to be guests of the hotel. The front door of the hotel was broken. The main lobby showed that no one cared about the first impression: the couch pillows were in disarray.

    There wasn’t anything I liked about the location. The parking lot was gated. If my car has to be in a locked area then I must be in the wrong part of town.
