The guest house was superb. We stayed one night, and it was perfect for what we needed. The location was right next to the beach, probably 100 yards away, the facility was clean. The beach atmosphere was spot on. I would stay there again if I was going to Topsail Island. The Sea Suite bed was huge. The sitting area was nice. A perfect spot for 2 people.

The room was spacious and clean enough. wonderful lighting of the toilet, corridor and main room. fresh breakfast, enough choice of products.
