Location is excellent. Shopping centers, cafes, grocery stores, and restaurants are in walking distance. The staff members were friendly and helpful. There were two desks and three chairs in total in the room, making it a great place to work. I read some reviews before going and I got worried about bugs, but there were none . The room was clean and they recently installed new carpets.

Everything was perfect from the moment we entered the apartament to the moment we left. We are a family of 4 and there was everything we could have needed and then some. This was a beautiful family style hotel with really good breakfast and amenities. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The staff were kind and super helpful and the rooms were great. Highly recommend this hotel as an option to stay if you're visiting Buffalo or Niagara Falls

A bunch of us stayed here for an early Thanksgiving family reunion. The rooms were spacious and had clean kitchen facilities. The opportunity for rooms with a second area was very helpful for the families who had little ones. The breakfast was good and a convenient way to start our day. We also rented out the meeting room for an evening of take out dinner which worked out great. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. Shout out to Muhammed who took a fabulous family photo for us!

Breakfast had a great amount of variety. Location of hotel was excellent especially if you were going to NY State Park -Goat Island. Plus getting onto I-90 was easy.

    Very comfortable bed with soft sheets and nice pillows, good shower pressure and lots of hot water, desk with a chair plus a small table with a chair, plenty of lights and electrical outlets, loved the wood floor (so much more sanitary than carpet), overall very clean, all rooms are on the ground level with parking right outside the door, reasonable price compared to other area lodging.
