    When we checked in they gave us a room with someone already in it. That night we had snow and a car group was doing donuts in the parking lot and we couldn’t sleep. There was no tv. We wanted to go to pool and it was closed… but there was no notice…. No emails, nothing posted, no one said anything when checking in….
