The rooms are newly renovated and very clean - the people running it are very kind. Wi-Fi was good and I was able to teach a lesson on Zoom with no problems. It is true that there isn’t a microwave in the room but there’s a small shared area where you can microwave things very close to the rooms.

    I appreciate the cleanliness of this hotel and that it's fairly quiet. No doors slamming or anyone revving up their vehicles in the parking lot. The staff is very friendly upon arrival and on departure.

    We stayed at the Elm because it was the closest lodging to a festival we attended. Some previous photos had us a bit worried. However, the bathroom had remodeled shower walls, and the flooring was new hardwood composite that looked good. The bed was comfortable, the staff were pleasant and helpful, and our stay satisfied our needs very well for the long weekend. It is not a very attractive looking place, but the room was better that the parking lot.
