I particularly liked the staff, they were proactive in making our stay comfortable and addressing any request we may have. I really liked the outside garden too, that was definitely a plus

We really did not understand the comments on booking. The staff was really kind and helpful, the breakfast was Ok, the bathroom was cleaned in the morning and the beds with mattresses were quite comfortable (not all beds had one on them in the dorm but you can probably ask for it at the reception).

The rooms are comfy and the staff are fantastic! The receptionist (whose name I can’t remember sorry!) was kind enough to bring me some food and then also arranged a shared taxi for me to Tashkent the next day, he couldn’t have been more helpful! I have seen some reviews mentioning construction but I saw no signs of this so it must have been completed and everything looks good

The hotel is within walking distance to Palace of Khudayar Khan, food outlets, Makro and shops selling branded goods. We found Oilaviy Kafe nearby and thanks to Achmal, the manager, we had a good time there.

This is a great hotel. We were upgraded to a very large room with a comfortable bed and sitting area. We had a large, clean bathroom with hot water. Air conditioner works well. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is amazing, very tasty and plentiful. The only complaint is instant coffee. Staff are excellent, very friendly, helpful and speak excellent English.

I really don't know where to start, maybe with the fact that the rooms are very large and with an unusual arrangement. Everything you want, except good coffee, can be found nearby. A taxi to downtown is around $2. Exotic.
