Our stay with Gam and her family was fantastic! Clean and spacious rooms with all the necessary comforts and the best view. Rich breakfast with both continental and vietnamise options, super tasty food available for lunch and dinner, incl. Vegetarian options. Gam helped us renting a motorbike and booking a bus, and she also provided very comprehensive tips on how to explore pu luong (some roads are very steep, be careful if you are not an experienced driver!) After a day of exploring, we relaxed in the pool (be careful, it's a bit slippery! ), which was definitely a nice touch!! Would totally recommend to anyone!

The resort was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommended and would definitely come back and stay here again. The weather wasn't the greatest but it didn't ruin our time there. Would definitely recommend at least a few nights stay as the travel is quite far but very worth the trip.

My stay at Pu Luong Retreat has satisfied me Beyond any expectation. A special praise goes to the staff of the hotel, which first welcomed in Pu Luong and gave me so many tips on the area, on what to do and how to move through the enchanting beauty of this exotic landscape. Each member of the staff has been kind, professional and dedicated giving special attention to me as well as to each of the guests. The room was clean and beautifully furnished, not to mention the view of the blue mountains standing in the horizon surrounding the greenest rice fields and rice terraces. The breakfast has a wide choice of food, varying from the continental one to the vietnamese specialties. I booked a one day trekking of more than 14 km visiting the enchanting Kho Muong village and its mysterious cave, here I had an abundant, tasty lunch at a homestay, then me and the guide walked all through the Natural Reserve to get to the Thai Village of Uoi Lan Where i experienced the local art of making brocade textiles. ialso had the chance to experience a moment of bliss with a great energizing and yet relaxing massage at the Retreat Spa Just before leaving to Hanoi. Pu Luong Retreat was so pleasant i would recommend it to anyone.

I had a really nice time here. It's a really chilled space, great to hang out. Bryan is a fantastic host who would always help me with whatever I needed. Also very easy to talk to. I stayed here for two nights in the dorm which was very cosy. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The views from the room across to the mountains were breathtaking. You're surrounded by greenery. It's a brand new property that's only been open for a couple of months, as such there were a few teething problems but nothing the incredibly helpful staff couldn't assist with. Ms Senna and Ms Marie helped organise everything from changing flights to arranging drivers to discovering the local towns. Towels luxurious, restaurant food exceptional and the setting stunning. We finished a perfect day with a foot massage from the lovely ladies in the spa.
