Staff were so friendly and kind. Beautiful balcony overlooking the river where you can eat delicious breakfast (available are pancakes, fruit salad, omelettes etc). Big room & bathroom. Bicycles for free and rented motorbikes and bus tickets at a cheap price. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, friendly staff, mr. Strong arranged my scooter rental, suggested activities and places to visit, got me a bus to different town, very accommodating and helpful. The hostel is clean, beds are comfortable, great value for money in general.

"Our one-night stay was excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They assisted us in booking a day trip to the Phong Nha caves and kindly held our luggage after we checked out. Hoa the owner was absolutely amazing from the very first moment. She took care of EVERYTHING in our staying from picking us up from the bus station in the middle of the night, earlier than expected, through free early check in to dinners and renting a motorbike. The place is spectacular and calming. Everything was beautiful. The location is 10 minutes driving from the center that is anyhow not that epic so we didn't mind. It was quiet and amazing.

I have been travelling through Asia for several months now. I've not experienced a hotel like this before. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and centrally located. The family speaks good English, is friendly and very helpful. They helped me with the communication with the immigration office, the country border when I left the country or booked the bus ticket for me without making any money. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
