I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Luxury Hanoi Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The management team, especially Ha and Hung, were incredibly attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. They were always available and eager to assist, whether it was booking tours or providing helpful advice for shopping in the area. The staff at the hotel were always on their feet, ready to assist with anything I needed, ensuring a level of service that exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculate—neat, clean, and very comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax after a busy day of exploring the city. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The combination of excellent service, a spotless room, and the personal attention provided by Ha, Hung, and the entire team made it a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi!

The location was excellent for my purposed but for those wishing to visit the main attractions it is a distance from the main Old Quarter. But the trade off is you get a modern, large 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bedrooms. It was well appointed, clean and there was a large modern Supermarket on the ground floor with fresh pastries for breakfast, at very cheap prices. As part of a modern tower, there was secure entry to the building and the floor. There was aircon in all rooms and a smart TV for Netflix and YouTube. I would return without question to this apartment.
