We came to Surelee only for a night when the weather was absolutely horrible. We couldn’t do any treks which we came for, but the homestay made the trip worth it. The beds were nice and comfortable, and I genuinely felt super at home. I got to know the kids (albeit the language barrier) and the food was really yummy (especially the hot chocolates)

We really enjoyed this hotel. It started with allowing us an early check in …we really appreciated it after not getting any sleep on a night bus. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices. I loved the rooftop pool! The staff were always helpful and organised my ticket to get the cable car up to the top of Fansipan and explained how to get there. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The owner and his family was so helpful and pleasant.The room was great,clean with nice view and with a very good price. It is just 30 minutes away from Sapa Town and we paid the owner and came to take us. He helped us with the trekking and everything we wanted.Also we had a great cooking class with delicious local foods We recommend Hmong house to every people..

Mountain Queen makes you feel at home. The hotel is central, the room was clean, amazing breakfast, we left our luggage at the reception and we took a shower before to take a night bus. Mr Kim and team are very attentive and helped us with everything during our stay. They helped us plan our trip in Sapa. Thank you very much Mr Kim and team!!!

The room - clean and spacious. The view from our room is really breathtaking we can see the Sapa Centre in the clouds ^^ Staff - really nice and always ready for any assistance. Special thank you to Trang (Front Office) for her excellent hospitality and service during our stay. Breakfast - Nothing to complain about, I love their porridge there.

Highly recommended doing the Hometrek Mie and team reply promptly for queries prior purchase on Klook. She tried to make the best arrangements for our big group and accommodated to our request for hotel upgrade at our additional expenses. Lunch, dinner and transportation were still provided by their homestay. They provided great support and were very welcoming. Package is inclusive of lots of trekking. I recommend elderly or people who are not that fit to inform tour guide beforehand and not do the trekking as some are really challenging and not suitable for elderly. Fret not, the tour guide would be able to make alternative arrangement for you to wait for the rest of the group if you do not trek. I would choose this tour package again if I were to visit Sapa in future. It’s a very nice place. Thank you for this tour package!

Location is gorgeous. Having a coffee on the terrace of the lobby is amazing. Rooms are great. Comfy, big bed. The hotel arranged a motorbike tour with two local guides, which I highly recommend!! Also appreciated that the staff let us take a shower when we arrived early after taking the night train!
