Very clean and modern hotel with nicely appointed rooms. Location was good on the main street with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel was very quiet was I was there.

The staffs were helpful and kind despite our early morning schedules. It is very affordable and the rooms are sparkling clean. Bathrooms are well equipped and there is always hot water which is helpful on cold days.

Everything. This is the best Homestay I have stayed in Southeast Asia. I am lucky to have been one of the first customers there. Everything was impeccable, the room was really nice with super comfy beds, AC, frigobar, fan and even a kettle with some tea and coffee bags. The bathroom had a great shower, blow drier and everything was super clean. The common areas are also impeccable clean and really cozy and cute, and they have a great swimming pool!! But the best thing of all were for sure the hosts, Doan, her husband and Thay Binh are such a sweet family and it was hard to leave them! Thank you so much for everything, I will never forget my days in Tam Coc/Ninh Binh.
