I was really surprised about Avari Hotel. Everything was perfect in my opinion. The rooms clean, hot water .. . I could park my bicycle in the basement. The staff was very friendly and helped me as much as they could as I had a question ..

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Great location, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff especially Nguyen nhat Anh and Vy at reception. They were both amazing and gave us an early check in and a late check out, which was greatly appreciated. Good variety for breakfast, including both Western and local choices. A big shout out to the chef’s who were making the eggs at breakfast. DUNG and Hiep were friendly and accommodated our dietary requirements. This was greatly appreciated. Thank you! Communication with the hotel was extremely efficient and fast. They organised a transfer to/from the hotel/airport. Both transfers were punctual and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

Gorgeous view from our very comfortable and clean room. Amazing view from the pool. Excellent varied food available at the buffet. But the real special part about this hotel is the incredible staff. They are professional, kind, deeply caring, friendly, helpful and basically perfect. We had wanted to stay more days but as it goes with backpackers, our plans changed so we were only able to stay for 2 nights. We wished we could have stayed longer and gotten to know the staff even better.

Everything was great! The welcome was very warm! We were completely satisfied and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Truyen, our personal butler, was very courteous and attentive. He looked after needs to make our stay a very pleasant one. Also the Restaurant Manager at Natura Ms. Duong Nguyen, who always greeted us warmly every day and looked after our needs. All the staff are extremely friendly, polite and very attentive. Large selection at the breakfast buffet. High quality of all the restaurants. The villas are large, very modern and stylish with a private pool and fantastic sea views. We can only recommend this hotel.

brand new, very beautiful with extraordinary view (ocean and Nha Trang). delicious food, big and comfy pool, very proper massage at a SPA, excellent fitness zone and, as a bonus, - this hotel has opened less than a week ago, so you get everything new and shining, the staff is also very enthusiastic and welcoming. All good! The apartment was so clean, except there was one lizard when we leave. Location is wonderful. There are 2 small marts around apartments. The beach is about to 5 minutes walk. Personal is so nice and helpful. View is exceptional. It is perfect!
