The staff were amazing help before, during and even after our stay. We arrived very late and this was no worries. We left our bags here while doing the loop and upon arriving back to collect our bags, we were offered a room to change and get ready. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the care and professionalism that has gone into this homestay. • Room & Facilities The mattress was the most comfortable one I’ve had in a month of traveling in Northern Vietnam – I slept perfectly. The room is spacious, very clean, and well equipped: plenty of towels, a TV, and even water provided in the room. • Cleanliness & Comfort Everything was spotless, from the bathroom to the living area. You immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of. • Food & Value The bistro food is delicious, and the western dishes are also very well prepared, all at a very fair price. In addition, guests can order from the menu of the café just around the corner, which is owned by the same host. It offers a wide variety of tasty dishes, drinks, and teas. • Service & Atmosphere The staff are enthusiastic, warm, and always helpful. You feel truly welcome and well looked after. One of the friendliest places you will find in Cao Bang. The staff are all amazing and will go out of their way to help you anyway they can, even using Google translate if you don't speak Vietnamese. My stay here was for 5 nights and I also stayed for 8 nights in the sister hotel just 50mts away. The hotel is very close to many stores including both Vietnamese and Western foods. Only about 5 mins and you are in the heart of Cao Bang. The room was very comfortable with a large 4k UHD Tv and aircon that works perfectly in Vietnams heat.
