Huyen, the owner of the property and her hospitality made our stay very memorable. We feeled not only as guests, but The Guests, and this adds a lot to a trip. Rooms are neat and tidy, her homemade breakfasts, coffees and juices are great. Loved the beach which is very close. We were able to order food from her to the room and also to the beach which was very delicious and there are good bars/cafes and places to eat nearby as well. Hoi An old town is not far, we went there with Grab, but you can use the free bicycles of the hotel too. @travelwithbetti

A beautiful hotel! It has a relaxing pool and is run by an excellent staff, she is always quick and helpful, my room is a double room (all rooms have a balcony), a beautiful view when sipping coffee every morning looking at the beautiful pool and the poetic fields! I totally recommend this hotel

This villa was absolutely amazing! The decor throughout was absolutely stunning. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfy. The location was also amazing, only 2 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by lots of cute cafes and coffee shops. The host was also amazing, and super attentive to our questions.

Absolutely loved my stay here, I stayed in a few different places in Hoi An and this was by far my favourite. I’m quite picky about cleanliness and my room was spotless. I felt at home. The owner Son and his family were so lovely too, very helpful if you needed anything! Will definitely come back to stay here. Also location was great with bikes so easy to get to everywhere and so nice and quiet too.

Nice and quiet, Will goes the extra mile even meeting me a 4:30 am to let me exit and give me a breakfast bag when I did a ‘border run’ to extend my visa. Breakfast is great. Beach and ancient town close by but bike or taxi. Some excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Absolutely amazing newbuild villa, up to western standards ( rare in Vietnam ) and decorated with great taste . We loved the colonial style and its small village location overlooking the rice fields .The warmest of hosts Loic and his staff made our stay unforgettable . Do try the private cooking lessons ( you cook at the villa ) with local market visit they suggest, so you can recreate the amazing vietnamese cuisine back home. And have a sip of the homemade lemongrass infused gin ....

We had a pleasant stay here. This is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is included. You can also rent a motorbike or use a bicycle for free. It's placed on a nice quiet road, facing a river. And it's a short drive or cycle to An Bang, Hidden Beach (2 km) and Old Town (6 km). They arranged our transfer to Da Nang airport very early in the morning at a reasonable price. Thanks Anna for all your support.
