Always staying at Mai House when coming to Saigon, once again the experience was good. Appreciated that this time the staff anticipated my liking by giving me a corner room that is more bright. As usual, the colonial style is nice to see, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean and the Vietnamese food of the in-room service is good. There is some small steps being made by the hotel to provide more sustainable & environmental friendly single-use goods over the years, which is quite important for me & for an hotel of this standing, continue the efforts!

Staffs is very helpful and friendly. 3 bedrooms is spacious with 1 master bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. Fully kitchen. Comfortable bed and clean. Host is very welcoming, she waited for me to arrive around 3am at the place. Dorm is spacious, confortable beds, curtains, lockers ! The food looked delicious, unfortunately I hadn't time to taste it. The place is 15min walking from airport!

Hosts are friendly and promptly responding to messages. The studio had a large shower and cleaning was on 2-3 days (which I personally prefer over daily cleaning). They offer convenient laundry services. Building was secured with a smart lock, so one less key to worry about.
