SwitzerlandWe stayed at 14 places over 4 weeks on our trip to South Africa. This was my favourite and probably the only place I would go out of my way to stay at again. The buildings and grounds surprised me because they are even more stunning than the photos. The value is unmatched. We stayed at places that were 3x the cost of Dawson’s and not even half as nice.
Most notably, the staff are incredible. Most high-end places will have super nice and polite staff. What struck us about Dawson’s was that the kindness and service was sincere and genuine. The staff care about their work and take pride in making your stay memorable. Our dinner was outstanding and the wine list was exceptionally well put together. I wish I could have stayed a week.
