We stayed over for unfortunately just one night. Perfectly situated, quiet and received a warm welcome from Ina and the doggies! The room was spotless, super comfortable, great linen / towels cool and had the most comfortable beds ever! Quiet, pretty environment and after a great night's sleep we enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee (from the tea/coffee amenities in the room) on the stoep. Wonderful stay so will be back! Thank you La Rochelle! ☺️

Fantastic property, in a beautiful part of Paarl area, in the middle of the vineyards. Excellent & very engaged hosts, super helpful to arrange taxis, restaurants in the area, etc. My room was very comfy with nice bedsheets & duvet. You feel welcome from the first moment. Wine is delicious too! Will come back!

A fantastic quiet place to stay while in Paarl. Highly recommended. They were kind enough to organize a breakfast pack for us as we had to leave before they served breakfast. Rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable.

We (a couple) stayed for 2 nights there, and it was a short but so lovely stay at Madeliefie! The room and its amenities were so clean, and the bed was superbly comfortable. It's a perfect stop if you visiting Paarl and also the wine estates nearby. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back some other time (and this time we'll spend some more time with the lovely owner).

The host was incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location was beautiful, and the accommodation was both spacious and immaculate. We had everything we needed, and the host was readily available for any requests. The beds were comfortable, and it was a delight to stroll around the property and take in the stunning scenery. We will definitely be returning!

The breakfast was excellent. Everything was fresh and the selection was stellar. The staff were attentive and the cooked entree was very good. It was tempting to eat more than one should. Also the cats made the property so much more comfortable. I could see they were treated well.
