My recent stay at Urban Elephant 16 Bree Street in Cape Town was absolutely fantastic. This modern, stylish apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service along with feeling very safe. The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Its central location on Bree Street made it easy to explore the vibrant city, with restaurants, bars, and attractions at V&A waterfront are just a short walk away. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding service provided by Kudra. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. I accidentally left my hat in the apartment upon checkout, and Kudra immediately took action. He communicated with me promptly and arranged for the hat to be left at reception so I could organize an Uber to collect it and bring it to the airport in time for my departure. This level of care and attention to detail made a lasting impression and highlighted the exceptional hospitality at Urban Elephant. Kudra’s professionalism and willingness to assist in every way made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Urban Elephant 16 Bree Street to anyone visiting Cape Town. With its stunning accommodations and top-notch service, this is a place I will definitely return to. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was really perfect and over the most optimistic expectations . I booked a suite with two bedrooms,two bathrooms and a living room and i got a very good suite on the 8floor with an enormous equipped terrace and a very good sightseing, parking with valet,full entrance to the lounge, rich and good breakfast ..,,Value for money at the highest level! BUT i want to express a particular thank to Innocent , a perfect host in the lounge who supported us with the maximum competence,availability,readiness and professionality blended with a positive friendship attitude, furthermore any his suggestion for restaurant has to be followed with trust because he has a wide knowledge of this field and a very sensible capability of understanding what the customer is looking for!! A thank also to the drivers and the gate staff that in the nights,in spite of my requests for taxis they insisted to accompany me with the most comfortable car of the hotel to the various restaurants and pick me up at the end!
