yes quite a unique place, the "shoe" more Boot really is a great piece of work, the chalets where behind the shoe, away from what is a busy road out front, the owner/creator was of interest, we chatted well together, 2 artists he in his contructions and me in my travels. good to have the shop out front for food and milk. All the staff were good.

The location is the most picturesque. The host, Darleen, has cooked a fabulous breakfast, and when we had a minor medical emergency, she came to our resque at night. The room/bathroom was very spacious and comfortable.

What a beautiful view and a fantastic place. The staff was so friendly and help a lot, if we ask for help. Everyone was so nice at the restaurant, in the shop, at the adventurecenter, at the reception and the gate. So nice with the kudos walking around the area. We felt very safe. We would really recommend this place!
