Because the accommodation is in a row of terraced houses in the backyard that are no more than 1 year old, completely quiet and in a great location. Super clean spacious garage is also included. In addition, the host, Angela, was immediately available and extremely helpful. I don't think there is any accommodation in Launceston that can offer all of this. It’s the second time we’re staying at Nine Cloud apartments and I cannot recommend this place enough. The view is simply breathtaking and the attention to details is incredible. The apartment is truly well curated and has everything you need and more. This time we got the bigger apartment with the BBQ and it had everything we needed to cook. It’s truly a special place and we felt spoiled and at home at the same time. We will come back again!

What a beautiful and peaceful experience. We had a fabulous cheese n wine evening by the fire watching the wallabies hop into the vines and then the stars.

Situated 9km from the Launceston Airport the apartments are well equipped with a flat-screen TV, formal dinning area, a well appointed kitchen with an oven and a bathroom with a shower. Apartment was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and just as advertised. Loved having a king sized bed. Location was great for us, as we wanted to be close to the airport. Communication was excellent!
