Especially for it's price is the best one in Bansko for sure. Great apartments size, clean and full equipment. SPA is nice and the pool is fantastic. The staff is more more than welcome, everyone of them. The breakfast is everything you would ever need as regular guest. I recommend it with 10 out of 10. Thank you!

The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.
