The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was nice, the 3 different spa's we're also incredible. It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

Free shuttle service to the first station of the gondola, during the winter season. Against an extra charge, airport pick-up service is also available from Thessaloniki, Sofia and Plovdiv Airports. Sofia is 150 km away. Free on-site parking is provided at the Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa upon availability. The apartment we booked was comfortable and intimate. All spaces were clean and we appreciated we could here the river in the morning. Breakfast was excellent, variate and tasty. We will definetly come back next time.

The property is a perfect starting point both for ski lovers and those wanting to explore the historical old town of Bansko. The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.

Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.
