Staff were friendly and helpful and had good suggestions about the area. We enjoyed the in room jacuzzi tub, sauna, steam room and the outdoor firepit. The rooms were larger than most similar places I have stayed at in the area and very clean and comfortable beds.

Designated basement parking can be a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. We had a Ford Expedition and still made it work. The spa area is a nice addition after days out exploring the mountainside. If you are exploring the Banff area stay here, don't even think of trying somewhere in the Banff township as you will spend most your time in traffic.
