The staff were extremely helpful and friendly – they not only arranged all our park tickets but also took the time to give us clear instructions and useful tips for visiting Zhangjiajie. Breakfast was quite good, and we also enjoyed dinner at their restaurant, which is definitely worth trying. A nice bonus was the free self-service laundry room, which came in very handy during our stay.

There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They not only advised us on the best way to visit the national park but even purchased the tickets for us. While the pickup service from the train station was unsuccessful, the drop-off back to the station went smoothly. We especially enjoyed the homemade breakfast served on the terrace with its magnificent mountain views.

The homestay features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The location is great and the room has everything you need, + a beautiful view! The staff is warm, welcoming, extremely kind and always helpful. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anybody! 10/10

It has a shared lounge, mountain views and free WiFi. The accommodation provides full-day security, and luggage storage for guests. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The location was great - opposite of the entrance to the Tianmen Mt. cablecar. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms were clean, with great water pressure in the shower. Could leave my luggage before and after check in/out.

The best Desti “背包十年” that I stayed at in China. More social than other Desti hostels. Staff was really friendly and actually joined me for a run. I had a really great experience here! 😁

There was nothing not to like. Everything from staff to property was amazing. We enjoyed our time with staff, food was delicious and plentiful. There recommendations for food off site was equally spot on. They went above and beyond. We had a medical issue and they accompanied us to the hospital to be sure all was taken care of. We have never been more impressed.

A very beautiful little Hotel right next to the Park Entrance. Perfect place to start your Hikes. The host Anthony is English speaking and very welcoming, he helped us to book tickets and recommended suitable routes through the park and took the time to chat with us every night over a beer or two and telling us about Zhangjiajie. The Rooms are large and newly decorated, everything from Beds to Bathrooms are brand new. There are several restaurants along the road in short walking distance. I can't think of a better place to stay if you want to visit Wulingyuan. Great Value. Highly recommended.

She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.
