I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel near 5-4 Square in Qingdao, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional service. It wasn’t just one or two staff members who stood out, but rather every team member was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. They quickly and efficiently handled all our requests, creating a very warm and comfortable experience. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels, but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a letter of appreciation. My sincere thanks to the hotel management and staff for their outstanding service.

The geographical location is excellent. It's close to the mall and the subway, and even nearer to the seaside. The rooms are very clean, and the disposable items are quite complete. The landlord is young, polite and very friendly.

The staff are very helpful. When we arrived the receptionist quickly came out to help us with our luggage bags. When we left the hotel, the staff helped us carry the luggage bags and put inside the taxi. The hotel is near to the places of interest so it is very convenient to walk around the city. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is nice too.

L'établissement Atour Light Hotel Jining Wanda Plaza Taibai Lou Road se situe à Jining. It was clean , ideally located and staff’s are quite nice and help full .

L’établissement Atour Light Hotel Jinan The Laming Lake Scenic Area se trouve à Jinan, à respectivement 1,5 km et 3,2 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Daming Lake Park et Wulongtan Park. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, juste à côté du lac. Le quartier est super,l'hôtel offre un très haut niveau de confort. Le personnel est très serviable et disponible et m'a bien aidé pour faire mes réservations de transports.
