Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. everything....exceptional staff namely Frank and Kimberly, the whole front desk staff and porter who carried my bag all the way to my room and not forgetting the chambermaids. For once, upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted with English spoken staff...no google translation needed.

The accommodation provides room service, a 24-hour front desk and organising tours for guests. Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a lift and currency exchange for guests. They went above and beyond! We had a 24 hour layover in Chengdu and booked this hotel. The gentleman who worked there picked us up from the airport at midnight, took us back to the hotel, made sure we felt comfortable and safe, settled us into our room with hot tea and fruit. Let us borrow money to buy some snacks on the way because no one took card and we didn't have cash. & Then in the morning asked us if we needed food. Drove us into town to get some food and to a couple of supermarkets and helped translate for us, took us back to the airport the next night and then on top of all that, didn't ask for any money or tips for everything he did. (Of course we gave him a big tip for his Kindness!) If you have a layover, definitely 100% stay here! They are amazing!

We had a fantastic experience at Xishu Garden Inn. The Inn's team is highly professional, friendly, and very helpful. They helped us book train, museum, and theater tickets, helped us with our Alipay, gave us detailed directions to wherever we were going, and even helped us with our Chinese. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were able to do our laundry and they offered us a variety of cleaning services. The breakfasts were excellent, varied, and healthy. We'd have given them a 20, if possible. We'll definitely return next time we're in Chengdu.

Attractively situated in the centre of Chengdu, Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley features free WiFi, a terrace and free private parking for guests who drive. The property is around 1 km from Kuanzhai Ancient Street, 2.3 km from Wenshu Monastery and 3 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre. The hotel has family rooms. We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)

The hotel is very new condition, nice design, nice view-facing the famous giant panda figure and staff are friendly. Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!
